Ohana Farm Parcels Lottery Event
Ohana Farm Parcels is pleased to announce the extension of their special lottery lot selection event! This new farm lot leasing program, led by Peter Savio, offers affordable farming opportunities on Oahu. The special lot selection events will take place on the first two weekends in May, starting at 9:00 A.M.

The leasing program requires a $10,000 refundable deposit per acre (prorated), with a monthly rent of $600 per acre for a five-year lease term. The land, centrally located ¼ mile from the Dole Plantation Visitor Center, offers breathtaking views of North Shore Beaches and Haleiwa Town. Positioned at a 1000-foot elevation with ample sunlight, fertile soil, and water, the land is zoned for agricultural use only. Out of the original 138 lots, only 20 organic farm lots and 10 non-organic farm lots of AG-1 of 2, 3, 4, and 5-acre sites are still available, with risers located every 2 acres for easily accessible R1 water.
