You're invited to a free Wahine Wellness workshop, “Building and Nurturing Self-Esteem: The Beauty of Your Uniqueness“ on October 1, 2022, 10 am to 11:30 am at Kaimuki Public Library, Honolulu. Join us for a free interactive workshop about building and nurturing self-esteem! * Recognize the impact of self-esteem on self-worth * Identify obstructors to building healthy esteem * Engage in exercises and activities to assess and strengthen self-awareness * Learn strategies to help maintain healthy self-esteem Come and recognize the Beauty of Your Uniqueness with Clara Priester, MDiv, Executive Director, Woman's Board of Missions for the Pacific Islands. The workshop will be held at Kaimuki Public Library, 1041 Koko Head Avenue, Honolulu. For your safety, face masks are recommended. Portions of the workshop will be recorded. Wahine Wellness is a mental health education series to empower and uplift women and girls, presented by Samaritan Counseling Center Hawai'i. This workshop is sponsored by the Women's Fund of Hawaii. |
