Special Olympics Hawaii’s Annual Over the Edge Fundraiser
Calling all thrill seekers! Special Olympics Hawaii is taking fundraising to new heights with their 12th Annual Over the Edge fundraiser. Registration is now open for this unique event taking place on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa. Participants will rappel more than 400 feet down the side of the iconic hotel, while enjoying the breathtaking views of Waikiki and Diamond Head, along with raising funds and awareness for Special Olympics Hawaii. Early bird registration runs now through Friday, September 3, and includes a reduced $50 registration fee. After September 3, the registration fee is $100 per participant. All participants are asked to raise a minimum of $1,000 in donations, must be 18 years of age by the day of the event, and weigh less than 300 pounds. Over the Edge is a crowd favorite and the limited slots will fill up quickly so interested participants are strongly encouraged to sign up today at www.sohawaii.org.
