53 By The Sea Taste of Kyoto Chefs’ Omakase Lunch
Four Michelin-star rated Chef Kunio Tokuoka is planning his return to Hawaii this spring for a series of epicurean events hosted by 53 By The Sea. From March 6 - 8, 2019, the popular Honolulu fine-dining restaurant will transport guests to the tranquil, bamboo-lined streets of Japan for Taste of Kyoto, featuring multi-course masterpieces inspired by Chef Kunio Tokuoka’s KYOTO KITCHO restaurants in collaboration with celebrated local chef, Chef Alan Wong.

Chef Kunio Tokuoka (KYOTO KITCHO), Chef Alan Wong (Alan Wong’s Restaurants) and Chef Joshua Goetz (53 By The Sea) come together to create an exceptional lunch experience. Combining fresh ingredients with the distinct flavors of both Kyoto and Hawaii, this specially prepared menu features the very best of their combined artistry. Limited to 60 guests.
