Hawaii’s iichiko BLŪ Bartender Competition
Watch eight of Hawaii’s best mixologists take iichiko BLŪ to new heights at the iichiko BLŪ Bartender Competition, Jan. 31. Following an extensive screening process, these talented bartenders stood out above the rest and will create cocktails with the award-winning shochu spirit. The stakes are high: the bragging rights of winning iichiko BLŪ’s inaugural contest and an all-expense-paid trip to visit the iichiko distillery in Japan. The shochu showdown begins at 5 p.m. and is open to the public, no cover charge, at SKY Waikiki.
