| Father's Day BBQ Buffet and Free Aha Mele Concert | ||||||

IT’S ALL ABOUT DAD, FOOD AND MUSIC IN THE VALLEY Celebrate Father’s Day with a BBQ buffet and Hawaiian music concert It’s Dad’s turn to feel special and we have the ideal way to get to his heart. Waimea Valley and the Hawaii Tourism Authority’s Aha Mele present a memorable Father’s Day Concert & BBQ Buffet catered by Ke Nui Kitchen. Bring the ‘ohana on Sunday, June 18th at 11:00 a.m. for the buffet in the Pikake Pavilion. Buffet is $45.95 for adults and $21.95 for keiki age 4-12. Price includes tax and gratuity. Menu includes summer BBQ favorites including: Guava Glazed Baby Back Ribs, Kona Spice Brisket, Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Roasted Corn on the Cob, Baked Potato Bar, Mississippi Mud Pie and Bourbon Bread Pudding. Free same day Waimea Valley admission will be given with paid brunches. Preferred seating for Aha Mele in the Pavilion is also included. Early reservations recommended at www.waimeavalley.net or call 808-638-5000. The Aha Mele concert will begin at 11:00 a.m. with an opening performance by Paula Fuga and other performers Jerry Santos and Pandanus Club scheduled through the day. The concert portion is free and open to the public on the Main Lawn. Coupled with Father’s Day on June 18th is the Valley’s monthly Lā ‘Ohana Family Day, normally scheduled on the third Sunday of each month. Kamaʻaina and military ʻohana who choose not to purchase the buffet can enjoy 50% off general admission throughout the day! |
