Chaminade University's 2017 Spring Commencement Ceremony
Chaminade University celebrates its 59th Commencement on May 15, starting at 7pm in the Neal Blaisdell Arena (777 Ward Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96814). Approximately 429 students are graduating this semester, and nearly 335 plan to participate in the ceremony. The 2017 Spring Commencement is estimate to last for two hours, and is free and open to the public (no tickets are required). Parking at the Blaisdell Arena is $7.

The 2017 Spring Commencement keynote speaker is Shelley J. Wilson, who is President and Chief Executive Officer of Wilson Homecare and Second Vice Chair and Secretary of Chaminade University’s Board of Regents. Wilson founded Wilson Homecare in 1996. It is one of Hawaii’s largest private-duty home health care agencies and provides in-home health care services island-wide. In 2013, Wilson Senior Living Kailua, a state-licensed Adult Residential Care Home opened in the Aikahi neighborhood.

Commencement student speakers are Taylor Seth Stutsman (undergraduate representative, B.S. Forensic Sciences) and Rezettakahealani Eric Mulitalo (post-graduate representative. M.S. Criminal Justice Administration).
